My name is Claudia Román,
I am a graduated Nutritionist

Over the course of more than 16 years’ experience, I have come to realise that proper nutrition is not about following strict rules, but about learning to listen more closely to the body’s needs.

Nowadays, my approach is particularly focused on digestive wellbeing and looking after the gut microbiota, recognising the significant impact that food can have on people’s energy levels, balance and day-to-day wellbeing.

My approach aims to provide support in a practical, flexible and sustainable way, steering clear of extreme or complicated solutions.
